We offer sport specific training programs which will not only increase your balance but will also help you stay calm and focused when you really need it.

We have spent many years researching the way the body communicates with the brain and have developed a way to isolate individual senses and really activate them in a way which will benefit your specific sport.

We run dynamic vision workshops called VISION, DECISION, PRECISION which are essential for any sport which involves tracking moving objects ( tennis, football, soccer...). We give you an understanding as to what is happening with your eyes and show you how you can improve it.

Our core and stabilizer sessions are a sure fire way to isolate and workout the vital muscle groups, including the thousands of tiny muscles which are engaged while slacklining, this may strengthen the body and prevent injuries.
